Maintenance Tech
- General light vehicle maintenance including oil, filter, and tires
- General building/shop maintenance
- Assisting other technicians
- Quality inspections
Maintenance Tech
- Trained and proficient in Level 1 services
- Demonstrate competency and productivity
- Fluid exchanges and alignments
- Assist other technicians
Technician
- Work under the supervision of a Master or Senior Master tech
- Competency in Level 1 & 2 duties
- Complete factory/dealer training
- Perform general repairs & diagnostics
Technician
- Perform general diagnostic functions
- Efficiently perform general repairs
- Maintain applicable factory and/or dealer training certifications (online and instructor-led)
Technician
- Perform general and advanced diagnostic functions
- Perform general and advanced repairs
- Maintain all applicable factory and/or dealer training certifications (online and instructor-led)
Technician
- Requires Manufacturer Master Certification and mastery of all repair systems
- Perform all Level 2 requirements
- Attend all required factory and/or dealer training (online and instructor-led) to achieve certifications
Technician
- Must achieve the highest attainment of manufacturer training and certification
- Has met all dealership requirements including meeting productivity expectations
- Has been a Master technician for at least 5 years
