Cronin always takes care of my vehicle exactly how I feel it should be taken care of. I recently purchased a new 2022 Jeep Wrangler from Cronin. Tony Kayrouz was the Product Specialist that worked with us. He saw us out in the parking lot, and came to introduce himself in a timely manner. He was able to show us around to a few vehicles and inquired about our needs to help us find the right vehicle for us. He was very helpful during the whole purchasing process and was able to demonstrate/teach us all of the vehicle’s functions. Even after our purchase was completed, he followed up the next day and next week to inquire how things were going. We bought a Chrysler Pacifica last year and had a good experience with the whole sales team and our sales representative, Tony. When we needed to buy another car, I reached out to Tony thinking that we likely wouldn’t move forward as we were looking for a different car due to our budget. Not only was the one of the six dealerships I was talking to quick at following up and providing good communication, but he actually made our budget work with a 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T. We couldn’t be happier! Tony and the rest of the CDJR sales team went above and beyond yet again proving it wasn’t just a one time thing. Honestly, I am now quite embarrassed I didn’t just go to them and not reach out to other dealerships in the first place. It’s nice to know that these type of teams are out there when it comes to purchasing a car especially in this car market. Quite refreshing! Rob was very patient and thorough. He didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t want, he was flexible and courteous. I test-drove jeeps while he stayed at the dealership and watched my 5 year old which was beyond convenient and above his calling. When it came time to purchase and my husband arrived, he continued to make the decisions through conversations with me because the vehicle was for me.
